Youth Ambassador Program

The Youth Ambassador Program is a youth engagement program designed to inspire and empower the next generation of agriculture and conservation leaders. Through hands-on experiences, interactive learning, and community involvement, the Youth Ambassador Program fosters a deep understanding of conservation principles while igniting a passion for environmental stewardship within the next generation!

The mission of the National Association of RC&D Councils Youth Ambassador Program is to empower and engage young leaders in conservation, community development, and sustainable practices. Through hands-on training, community partnerships, and educational outreach, the program equips youth with the skills and resources needed to become effective advocates for environmental stewardship and strengthen their communities.
